EBC Brakes
sponsored Offroad Racer Matt Crouch review of the Guthrie ENDURO CROSS ,Oklahoma. Matt uses the best brakes for ENDURO CROSS EBC’s MXS & EPFA Sintered Brake Pads.

Reasons why they are the best brakes for ENDURO:

MXS

EPFA

Hey guys had another great weekend of racing up in Oklahoma at the 2nd round of the Ultimate Indoor ENDURO CROSS series in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The track was completely different from the first round in Missouri, with alot bigger obstacles and two big rock gardens that were tough! I didn’t change much on my bike set up from the first round.

Matt continued to use EBC brakes for ENDURO CROSS bikes using EBC Brakes MXS and EPFA sintered brake pads.

The first practice session I felt very comfortable and thought the bike was working very good on the tougher track. After a few laps I felt like I had the track down pretty good, and was laying down some smooth laps.

The first race of the night for me was my heat race which basically was for gate picks for the Main event. I didn’t get a very good start, but started working my way to the front of the pack pretty quickly. I knew the pile ups in the rock gardens would be tough to get through so I made sure to get out front and stay away from all the carnage. Once I got out front I put down some really good laps and took the win in the
heat race. I still felt the bike was working amazing” with the perfect brakes for ENDURO, EBC Brakes MXS & EPFA sintered brake pads “so I didn’t make any changes to the bike at all before the main.

The line up for the main event had some pretty good ENDURO talent in it, with Steve Leivan, Kole Henslee, Chris Storrie, Dylan Murdock, and a few others that I didn’t know. I knew that start was going to be critical once again, so I got a good gate and tried to make it happen.

The gate dropped and my KTM 300 jumped off the line getting a great start heading into the first turn. I got pushed out a little in the first turn, but quickly jumped back by the leader and started my charge. The main was 8 laps so I had to pace my self a little for the challenging track, but I still tried to put the hammer down and get a good lead going. Once I got out front I had clear track and the bike worked great all night long even with the tough rock gardens and huge tires. Each lap I extended my lead, but never let up and pushed as hard as I could the whole 8 laps. After 8 tough laps, I took the checkered flag and put myself farther out front in the series points heading into
the final 2 rounds.

I couldn’t have asked for a better night, the race was awesome and I felt the bike was working really well! This coming weekend are the final 2 rounds, and will be in Springfield, Missouri so I will be there trying to finish off the 2 nights of racing and take home the Championship as well! Thank you guys for all the support, I feel like
this year is going to be a great one! Talk to you soon.
