During the off-season Jeff Jones Racing Team found their CX Racing, Cooper Tires Nissan S13 Formula Drift car on the set of a new reality show called “Date Night” from Sledge Street Entertainment. With a targeted debut in 2012 on NBC this new reality show is like the “Newlywed Game” meets ” Fear Factor” The shooting of this large scale production to place at Willow Springs International Raceway. The opening sequence of the show will display the Host introducing the show on the track as Jeff Jones comes screaming by in a Cooper Tires smoke filled drift.
The filming of the weekend consisted of 3 couples taking turns as passenger while answering intimate newlywed questions from the partner (via a wireless mic setup) during an intense high speed drift run courtesy of professional Formula Drift driver Jeff Jones. This provided major intense sensory overload and much comedic relief during very difficult intimate questions.

Prior to wrapping up production Jeff Jones treated the Director and Host to their very own taste of this wild professional sport and getting them hooked.
