I cannot thank Gary Galleger, EBC and MJ USA enough for the help on getting me to the 2011 High Point Vet National. Just days before the weekends race I find out my YZ has a slipping clutch. With the help of Ryan at MJ’s making a call to Gary at EBC I end up with the DRC-F 113 which is the brand new Carbon Fiber lined clutch kit from EBC. I put the kit in Friday night and Saturday morning I’m off to Pa. for the vet national. I break the new clutch in during practice – everything with the kit felt great after a couple laps. This clutch has a very positive feel to it – more so than stock for sure. Now those that know High Point this is an up hill start and I’m on an 09 YZ 250 2 stroke. What do you know I pull to 3rd place starts in the 40plus B class. Who would have thought this against 450′s up hill! I ended up having a mishap in each moto due to a rider falling in front of me and I still finished 6th overall…
