ATV brakes by EBC ensure that “it will take an act of God to rip the 2011 title from Pitts’ hands now”

Team Epic Racing Dominates Round 7 of OMA Pro ATV Nationals

As the flag went up for the start of the seventh round of the 2011 OMA Pro ATV Nationals, EBC brakes backed John Pitts shot like a rocket out to an early lead. Bryan Hulsey suffered a dead last start. The teammates have a way of finding each other at almost every race, and by the half hour mark of the one hour-forty five min plus one lap event, Hulsey made the passes necessary to move into second place and tried desperately to catch teammate Pitts who was almost 20 seconds out front. By the one hour mark Hulsey could see Pitts only 3 seconds in front of him. Pitts Started to dig deep and the two hooked up and laid down some seriously fast lap times. Hulsey was doing everything he could do just to keep John in sight with the new blistering pace being set. On the last lap Hulsey got his break when John had a lapped rider stall right in front of him and stopped him dead. Hulsey grabbed the lead only run out of fuel 1 ½ miles from the finish. Pitts took the lead back as Bryan switched to reserve and settled for second. This marked four wins in a row for Pitts and staked his claim to the 2011 OMA Pro-ATV National Championship. It will take an act of God to rip the 2011 title from Pitts’ hands now and likewise for 2nd in the championship for Hulsey.
