Four New world land speed Records set with EBC Brakes at Bonneville Salt Flats.
British Motorcycle Rider Alan Cathcart has set four new world records on his Triumph Motorcycle equipped with the lightweight EBC XC brake rotors and pads. Small as it was this contribution to weight reduction added to the success of the machine.
On this never to be forgotten date of Sept 11th 2009, the news came in of these four world records achieved on a British made street legal Thruxton Bonneville exceeding 150 miles per hour at the famous salt flats. Built by Matt Capri of the well respected US Motorcycle Dealership South Bay Triumph of Lomita California the machine was equipped with special racing tires provided by Pirelli and the super lightweight EBC Brakes.
